Mistura-se o bacalhau nesta cebolada, bem como as batatas fritas aos quartos.&lt;br /&gt;À parte faz-se o creme. Uma colher de "Maizena" misturada com quatro gemas e meio litro de leite. Depois de frio, misturam-se claras em castelo e meio litro de natas.&lt;br /&gt;Deita-se num "pirex", após se envolver o bacalhau neste creme.
